I’ve created social content for a number of the titles I write for, which has been a very good way to justify my excessive screen time, and stake my claim to being Gen-Z — technically, I’m a (whisper it!!!) zillennial. I’ve helped publications reach millions of viewers.

I also create content for my personal Instagram and TikTok pages. From hot takes on the wellness industry to titbits from my gardening and interiors endeavours, it’s equally exciting and concerning to know that my content has reached hundreds of thousands of people.
